Usage method
The chelated iron desulfurization technology is a method of wet oxidation desulfurization to remove hydrogen sulfide by usinglated iron as a catalyst,which is characterized by the direct conversion of H2S into elemental S,with the content of H2S after absorption being less than 1 ppm,generally below 5 ppm.The specific steps for using chelated iron desulfurization are as follows
1.Prepare the chelated iron catalyst The chelated iron catalyst is usually composed of powder(such as XSY-01A)and liquid (such as XSY-01B).These catalysts to be determined according to the storage liquid volume,potential sulfur amount, circulating liquid volume,etc.,of the PDS desulfurization system,to determine the initial addition and supplement amount.
2. Add catalyst:The powder can be added to the system by dissolving it in the existing device's desulfurization liquid or sodiumate solution,while the liquid can be directly added to the system.
3.Initial addition amount:Based on the storage liquid volume,add 5-15 kg powder per cubic meter of liquid,and add 1-3 kg of liquid per cubic meter of liquid.For high content H2S systems,the initial addition amount can appropriately increased.
4.Supplement catalyst:According to the sulfur yield,gas properties,operating conditions,and other factors,it is necessary to supplement 6-10 of powder and 1.2-2 kg of liquid per ton of sulfur yield.It is recommended to adjust according to the operation of the device.
5.Monitoring the desulfurization process:During the desulfurization process,it is necessary to monitor the system's temperature,pressure,pH value,and other parameters to ensure desulfurization efficiency and the stability of the system.
6.By-product treatment:The chelated iron desulfurization process does not produce by-products so there is no need to establish a by-product extraction device.At the same time,the desulfurization system does not require the discharge of wastewater,eliminating environmental.
