A desulphurizer is a chemical agent specifically designed to remove deposits of ash and sulphur compounds from  boilers and other heating equipment.Here are the functions and uses of a desulphurizer.

Dosage method

Scale and desulphurizer is a common industrial chemical,mainly used to remove scaling in equipment such as boilers andns,and to reduce the emission of sulphur compounds.Here is how to use the scale and desulphurizer:

1. Dosage method: For coal-fired  boilers,the medicine  can be directly thrown into the fire area of the furnace or  mixed into the coal.

2. Dosage amount: The dosage must beconcentrated to  the specified dosage amount.For pulverized coal boilers,boiling furnaces and oil furnaces,the medicine can be directly thrown into the fire area.Use according the number and frequency of dosages specified in the dosage amount. For new boilers that have not yet formed ash scale,the dosage is 0.25%of the fuel consumption.For boilers  that have already formed ash scale,the initial dosage  is 2-3 times the normal dosage.After one month,when  some of the ash scale falls from the inner  wall  of  the  furnace,the dosage can be returned to the  normal dosage.
