During the acidizing process of oil and gas wells,the acid fluid dissolves a certain amount of iron ions from the metal strings and formation below the well.When the acid fluid is gradually consumed and becomes residual acid,and the PH value rises to 2-3,a large amount of Fe3 will formitates,which will block the formation pore throats and reduce the acidizing effect.Iron ion stabilizer can prevent the re-precipitation of Fe3 from three:complexation,reduction,and dispersion.It is
mainly used for acidizing operations of oil and gas wells.It has the advantages of preventing Fe3 precipitation from damaging the,low dosage,good heat resistance, and easy configuration.It is an ideal acid fluid additive.
Performance features
The recommended dosage is 1.5%in acidic solution,and the dosage can be increased appropriately when acidizing treatment is carried out on strata with high iron ore content.When this product is mixed with acid during the acidizing process, it can be circulated evenly according to the design dosage.This product has good compatibility with variety of acidic additives,and there are no special requirements for the order of addition.
