Product Introduction

This product is mainly composed of polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene ether as the main agent,combined with different solvents.It two categories:water-soluble demulsifiers and oil-soluble demulsifiers.By changing the interface state of oil and water,it converts W/O into OW state,thus achieving the purpose of demulsification.

Technical indicators 

1. It is mainly used for crude oil dehydration and desalting in oilfield gathering and transportation stations, single well dosing and refinery. the on-site dosing concentration is generally 40-150mg/L, which is suitable for dehydration temperature of 50-120 ℃. Can also be based on the use of this product to do the experimental data, to determine the best use.

2. After the product is determined to be put into the production site, the dosing site shall be determined according to the characteristics and requirements of the production system. No matter what kind of dosing process is used, it must be ensured that the reagent and the treatment liquid are fully mixed before entering the separation equipment.

3. Dosing using metering pump uniform, continuous joining system.

Safety, Packaging and Storage 

■ Safety: This product should avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. Once in contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water without delay.

■ Packing: 25kg and 200kg plastic barrels, or according to user requirements.

■ Storage: It should be stored in a cool place with a shelf life of one year.
